About Villa Lembos Hotel Karpas
HOTEL INFO
Villa Lembos Hotel
The Villa Lembos Hotel is a little gem, a boutique hotel right in the heart of the beautiful Karpaz Peninsula. Owner Coskun and family have built eleven whitewashed mini villas in a landscaped garden set on their family farm. You’ll find his lovingly-tended herbs and vegetables growing in between the villas, ready to be picked for your dinner!
Pretty bungalows in a lovely garden setting
The setting may be rustic but each villa is clean, smart and well-appointed. You’ll find light, airy rooms with comfortable canopied beds, bathrooms with a large shower, fridge, air con and a small flat screen TV. The hotel has expanded across the road into a new building, so if you really want a garden setting, you should ask at time of booking. Wifi is available but like many things in the Karpaz, not necessarily all day every day!
Tasty breakfasts and home-made dinners
Your relaxing stay at the Villa Lembos Hotel starts with a tasty, traditional breakfast either out on the small terrace area or in the airy inside restaurant area. Reception will be happy to point you towards local beachfront restaurants for lunch, or you can stock up on lunchtime snacks form the two supermarkets in the nearby Dipkarpaz village.
Dinner is a feast of local produce, 80% of which is grown by the owners in the garden just outside the door, and features fresh fish and meat from the local area. The menu changes every night according to what’s fresh and available, so you’re always getting the best produce, cooked with care and passion. There are local restaurants just a short drive away too, but most guests eat here because the food is just so good!
Historic, unspoilt countryside
The Karpaz Peninsula is the unspoilt rugged area of North Cyprus that most tourists never know about, let alone visit. Discover ancient ruins from Greek and Roman times, deserted churches, and villages seemingly untouched by time – apart from the aerials and solar panels! A hire car will enable you to explore as much as you wish, when you wish (just add it to your booking).
Stunning beaches with nesting turtles
The Villa Lembos Hotel is just a short drive to the sea beach just of Dipkarpaz overlooked by the ruins of Ayfilon church. Or head along the southern coast road to Golden Beach, a stunning stretch of soft sand backed by dunes where rare sea turtles come to nest every year. The local wild donkeys will usually come and say hello as well, although they are inclined to be somewhat grumpy! Not that they have much to be grumpy about; their home is a protected National Park with walking trails, biking, and off road Jeep safaris available to get you into the wilds of this stunning landscape.
Relaxing transfers along country roads
Transfers from Ercan International Airport take on average around 2 hours, although you'll be so fascinated by the open countryside views, pretty villages and the complete lack of traffic, the time will fly by! Scheduled flights to Ercan Airport North Cyprus are available from several UK regional airports.

"A faultless trip to North Cyprus"
This was our first time visiting the region and we chose Villa Lembos, which we booked through gonorthcyprus.com. Seemed a good choice for the price and we were impressed with the reviews. Sure enough, we really enjoyed our break. The staff made us feel welcome and we settled into our villa no trouble. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the setting quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was great every...
morning and we enjoyed a couple of other meals at the hotel at other times too, everything was tasty and well cooked. Shower worked well and nice patio areas outside the villas. Fantastic beach to be found just a short walk away. Bliss!

"Just wonderful - again!"
This was our second visit to Villa Lembos, both times we booked through Gary at gonorthcyprus and have been pleased with the smooth booking process. We stayed last time in 2016 and were hoping it would be as nice as it was then, luckily we were not disappointed! We had a very clean and spacious bungalow, maintained well, and the staff are very efficient and friendly. We were made to feel very welcome. The food...
is another thing altogether, it's just delicious, try the lamb chops and the sea bass and you won't regret it! There's a superb beach not far away, with a bar and umbrellas and another restaurant overlooking the water. The hotel gardens are beautifully kept and a pleasure to view. Just great for a relaxing getaway.

"Fantastic family getaway, great value"
I took my family to Villa Lembos for a relaxing holiday and that was just what we got. We booked through gonorthcyprus, who always get us a good deal on our stays in the region, but this was our first time at a villa. It was very peaceful, nice garden setting with swing seat and generally very relaxing. Our villa was clean and well-kept, the rooms were a good size and it was lovely to have fresh flowers in our...
accommodation to greet us on arrival. We ate at the restaurant on-site and the food was delicious, made with care using organic produce grown at home. Beautiful homemade cake for pudding and attentive service. The villa is on the edge of a village so is nice and quiet but you can travel into the village for supplies, we also went to explore the beaches along the peninsula. A great time had by all!
