About Kemerli Konak Boutique Hotel
HOTEL INFO
The Kemerli Konak Boutique Hotel may be a modern building dating from 2014, but its stonework and decor are reassuringly traditional. Combining modern levels of comfort and classic Cypriot architecture and design, your room will feature traditional ironwork beds, decorated dressers, traditional textiles, and rustic beams.
With sandstone arches, marble floors and well-designed lighting, this boutique hotel in North Cyprus hits the happy mark between authentic and comfortable, classy and kitsch. The fusion of traditional and modern extends to a choice of traditional Turkish or English breakfast, which many guests rate as one of the best they have had in North Cyprus.
Spacious rooms with large showers
At the Kemerli Konak Boutique Hotel, each of the 18 individually-named rooms are airy and comfortable, offering a generous amount of room to enjoy. The showers are exceptionally spacious, and the views of sea or mountain will tempt you to watch sunsets night after night. The modern touches include wifi that actually works well in your room (yes, really!), and a card entry system so you don’t have to worry about bulky keys.

Renowned Archway Restaurant next door
Located right next to the hotel, the Archway Restaurant has an enviable reputation for exceptional food. At night it is busy with residents and local alike enjoying the atmosphere, tasty meze, fresh fish and excellent service. You’ll probably need to book as people travel literally halfway across North Cyprus to enjoy a meal here on the large raised terrace area to enjoy cool breezes and wonderful views across the surrounding countryside. In winter, roaring log fires keep the spacious dining area toasty warm, so you can enjoy their great food all year round.
Relaxing pool on secluded terrace
Ideal for relaxing in the sun, a cooling dip, or just enjoying some much-needed ‘me’ time, the pool at the Kemerli Konak Boutique Hotel is small but perfectly formed. The clever integration of old walls and new stonework ensures the pool is both shletered and private.
Peaceful, historic village setting
Zeytinlik village is set in the foothills of the Besparmak Mountains, set amongst mature live trees and with a history dating back per a thousand years. The village is rumoured to have been home to the Templar Knights, and today, it’s haven of space and quiet. Zeytinlik is the perfect base for a holiday in North Cyprus, quiet and peaceful, yet only a short distance from Kyrenia town centre.
Quick and easy transfers
When you book your package holiday at the Kemerli Konak Boutique Hotel, a private taxi transfer is included from Ercan International Airport, just 35 minutes' drive away. Scheduled flights to Ercan Airport North Cyprus are available from several UK regional airports.

"Gorgeous hotel and excellent service"
My husband and I stayed at Kemerli Konak for a nice, relaxing break after finding the hotel on the gonorthcyprus site. We'd never been to this part of Cyprus before but the hotel came highly recommended and Gary booked us a good deal. The hotel looks lovely, it's quite modern but looks very old, we had a wonderfully large room that was super clean and the staff made us feel right at home. Amazing views over the...
mountains and the bay, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, there's a full English or Continental option and the food is plentiful. Roaring fire in the breakfast room was a cosy touch! The atmosphere is very relaxed and the area itself is peaceful, ideal for a restful getaway.

"Luxury without the pricetag"
We had a wonderful time at Kemerli Konak, which we found via the gonorthcyprus website. Gary in sales booked us in and we thoroughly enjoyed our week away. Our room was a very decent size and well kept. Wonderfully cooked local food in the restaurant overlooking the distant sea, very good quality. There's a nice pool area, not too big, and the beach is just a few kilometres away. You can get to the town centre...
by taxi or walk it in about half an hour if you fancy it. The hotel was quiet and relaxing, we really enjoyed our time here and would love to return, some guests were on their fourth visit and it's not hard to see why!

"Cosy, welcoming and wonderful"
My wife and I stayed at Kemerli Konak recently after finding the hotel online. We booked through gonorthcyprus who we've used before and they found us a good price and arranged transfers for us. We found the hotel really charming, with the hills in the background and the rustic architecture. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the atmosphere is welcoming. The interior of the hotel has an upmarket...
vintage sort of feel, with quality authentic furnishings and attention to detail. The setting is quiet and out of the way, very peaceful and attractive, yet in just five minutes you can reach the centre of Kyrenia by taxi, it's just a superb setting. The food is amazing, the Archway restaurant really is as good as the reviews say and there's no need to go anywhere else, you won't be disappointed! No complaints from us, only compliments!
